Where and when will the Recovery.com Marketing Summit take place?

The Summit takes place Monday, July 20 through Wednesday, July 22 at The Madison Concourse Hotel.

Who attends the Recovery.com Marketing Summit?

The Recovery.com Marketing Summit is built for behavioral healthcare marketing leaders, executives, and owners. All attendees are subject to approval.

Can Recovery.com partners participate?

Yes, a limited number of partners organizations can sponsor or attend on an invite-only basis. Each partner organization is allocated a maximum of 2 tickets per company to ensure the best value and experience for all attendees, unless otherwise specified in your sponsorship contract. How much does it cost to attend the Recovery.com Marketing Summit?

Super Early Bird: $499 (Through March 31)
Early Bird: $649 (Through June 14)
Standard: $799 (Through July 19)

Partners
Super Early Bird: $599 (Through March 31)
Early Bird: $749 (Through June 14)
Standard: $899 (Through July 19)
Partners are entitled to a maximum of two tickets per partner organization.

If you've been given a discount code, you can enter it on the second registration page by clicking "Add a coupon" on the right side of the screen.

What is included in my registration?

All sessions and activities on July 20-22; refreshments and dinner on July 20; breakfast, refreshments, lunch, and dinner on July 21; breakfast, refreshments, and lunch on July 22.

The golf outing and off-site afternoon activities on July 20 have limited capacities and are first-come, first-served.

What is the refund policy? Can I send a substitute in my place?

You may cancel your registration by emailing events@recovery.com. If you cancel on or before Friday, June 19, you will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations after Friday, June 19 and no-shows are non-refundable. See our terms and conditions for more details.

You may send a substitute in your place at any time prior to the start of the conference. Please email events@recovery.com for substitution information.

Hotel and Travel

Is there a discounted hotel room block available?

Yes, we have reserved a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $169/night plus applicable taxes and fees for registered attendees. The hotel link to book your room will be provided in your confirmation email. 

Which airport is closest to The Concourse Hotel?

Dane County Regional Airport is located 4.9 miles (about 10 minutes without traffic) from The Concourse.

Is The Concourse Hotel close to public transportation?

Yes, the Metro Transit bus system has many downtown stops and runs to/from the Dane County Regional Airport. You can find more information here. 

Uber and Lyft are also widely available.

Is there parking at The Concourse Hotel?

Yes. The Concourse offers underground self-parking. A discounted rate of $10/night is available for overnight attendees. You can find more information here.

Where can I find an agenda for the event?

A detailed agenda for the Recovery.com Marketing Summit will be available soon. Sessions will include keynotes, panels, and hands-on workshops.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Options suited to different dietary requirements will be available during the event. You will be asked to list your dietary requirements during the registration process. If you have already purchased your ticket but aren’t sure if you entered your dietary needs correctly, you can email us at events@recovery.com.

What is the dress code?

There is not a designated dress code for the Recovery.com Marketing Summit; please wear whatever makes you comfortable. If in doubt, business casual attire is appropriate. The hotel is air-conditioned, so a sweater or light jacket is a good idea.

What kind of weather should I anticipate?

The average temperatures in Madison in July range from a low of 59 degrees F (15 C) to a high of 83 degrees F (28 C).

Will I receive event updates?

Yes. We will send emails to update you on the agenda, event happenings, and logistics. Please make sure that the email address events@recovery.com is in your safe senders list to ensure you receive all important event information.

Does Recovery.com have a code of conduct for the event?
